When using our secure online ordering system, Klipper USA guarantees that the information you submit will be 100% protected. All information including your name, address, phone and credit card number is kept safe by using government licensed SSL encryption technology. This state of the art software encrypts your transaction through a secure server for absolute safety. Your personal information cannot be read as it travels through the secure ordering system. To make this process even safer, we do not store your credit card information in our computer. Safeguards are also applied to every phone, fax or mailed in order.

ORDERING OPTIONS

1.	ONLINE ORDERING: We invite you to use our secure website for safe, online ordering. The process is very simple to follow. You'll always have the option to review and verify your order before it is finally submitted to us. We'll let you know how long it will take for the package to arrive and your order will be confirmed after it's placed. You'll be asked to provide your e-mail and daytime phone numbers so we always have the opportunity to contact you with any questions we may have. Payment methods at the website include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.
2.	PHONE ORDERING: You can phone in your order toll free @ 1-800-522-5547. This provides you with the chance to talk to one of our Customer Service representatives in case you have any questions. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday - Friday, central standard time.
3.	FAX ORDERING: Your order can be faxed to us 24 hours a day @ 1-847-742-0738. An Order Form is available for you to fill out. Scroll down to view the link for the printable Order Form. Be sure to include your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card number and expiration date. Ground service shipping charges will be added to your order. We invite you to call for express shipping options and prices.
4.	MAIL ORDERING: Mailing your order to us with a check or money order is another option you can use. Free shipping in the continental USA is given on strings, grips, and accessories if your order is over $100.00 and paid by check or money order. This free shipping offer does not include stringing machines or court equipment. For orders under $100.00, a $10.00 service charge will apply. All mailed-in orders are shipped within 24 hours. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

First time customers who pay with a personal check will have their order held for bank clearance. This may delay the shipment for approximately 10 days. Customers who have previous history with us may use a personal check and receive immediate shipment. Orders paid with money orders or certified checks will also receive immediate shipment. Free shipping and special discounts apply only to the first $400.00 of an order within a 30 day period.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 24 hours every business day. Most orders will actually be shipped the same day as long as we receive them by 2:00 p.m. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, UPS Ground and First Class mail services are offered. We will always quote the shipping cost and approximate arrival date for your package. All domestic shipments will be insured. For International shipping, we'll need to advise you of the shipping options and prices. Please complete your order at our website and we will respond promptly. RETURN POLICY

Please call for authorization before returning any items. Prior authorization is required. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Pre-packaged merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping charges for the receipt of the merchandise and the shipping charges for the return. Returned products are subject to inspection. The cost of damaged or missing items will be deducted from any applicable refund.
